First demo! (Character context+Future updates!)

Hello! I am O-EH, and I would like to thank everyone who decided to check out my very first demo, Red Stone Gems!

For a bit of context, Jaunus was my DnD character (originally for a different project) and Anastasia was his tragic love interest. Anastasia was supposed to be a one-dimensional character with no personality, but over time I began doing silly little "what if" scenarios in my head where she was still alive and with Jaunus. I ended up getting so inspired that I ended up working on a whole new story with them!

The problem was, I am a webcomic artist who has a lot on my plate, so the idea of making a whole new comic series with them seemed unlikely. Then my friend Amiableapparition (Hi Anna) inspired me to try making a visual novel. And while I had no experience, I taught myself Renpy (with the help of my friends) and within about four or five months I suddenly had a game!

I still have to treat this as a hobby for now, but I can honestly see myself doing more visual novel projects with Jaunus and Anastasia. I am thinking about doing several short stories with them first to get myself more acquainted with game design, and then when I am adequately experienced, I will start working on the BIG story I have planned with these two. Until then, I get to practice with game design, and you get more short stories with Jaunus and Anastasia. Everyone wins. :)
